Golden straw in color, this wine offers fresh, pure aromatics of lemon curd, honeycomb and dried apricot with hints of jasmine, fennel pollen, petrichor, and graham. An elegant and graceful palate presence balances the wines innate richness with vibrant acidity, offering more stone fruit, river rock minerality, curry butter and a nice saline undertone. Aged 10 months in 100% neutral French oak in a combination of large format 400L puncheon, 228L barrique and stainless steel.
