Dark and inviting. Sweet blackberry, dark plum, raspberry, a hint of orange peel and touch of Santa Barbara garrigue. This wine is lovely and graceful from start to finish. Cocoa powder, dark fruits and soft tannin dominate the palate, and the finish is long and fresh.
Fermented in a combination of concrete and stainless steel. Aged in barrique and puncheon for 18 months.
