Always a favorite of ours to produce, the Tiradora offers aromatic complexity, tension, and a delicate mineral texture. Hints of flint, oyster shell, Asian pear, feijoa, gooseberry, white pepper, and basil sprouts - the layers continually unfold. This wine is vibrant and jovial, with precision and tension like a violin string. Aged for 6 months in concrete, stainless steel, and neutral French oak both large format (400L) and barrique (228L).
