Our flagship estate red blend is explosive in the glass with bright aromatics offering blue and black fruit, seared meat, and tapenade, alongside hints of violet, baking spices, and black tea. Wonderful balance with voluptuous tannin and persistent acid, which provides length. This wine is best decanted to enjoy the layers and nuances of our estate. Aged for 20 months in 100% French oak of various sizes (228L barrique, 300L hogshead, and 400L puncheon) of which 25% is new.
